The energy, power, and unlimited care behind the brand. In Russia, Lena was a high-performance coach and motivational speaker—skills she now uses to architect flawless events. Her passion for hospitality has always been evident in the Michelin-level dinners she creates for those she loves. Moving to SF 3 years ago, she rose from server to Senior Manager in record time, and now leads her own mission. Her fearlessness and obsession with quality are what make this company unique.

Motivation, strength, and energy define Elena. Beyond her culinary mastery, she lost 87kg in 8 months out of radical self-love.
